This policy applies to visitors to the Nuzaya website, people who join early access and, once launched, adults who create a Nuzaya account or participate in circles.

2. Information we may collect

Website and early access

Name, email address, broad city or region, age range, chosen circle interests, optional feedback, referral source, basic website analytics and communication preferences.

Account and profile

Account identifiers, adult confirmation, first name, profile photo, age band, languages, short introduction, selected interests, broad location where relevant and configurable privacy choices.

Matching and circle participation

Chosen category and intention, time zone, active hours, communication preferences, compatibility signals, invitation state, messages, reactions, polls, media, cycle decisions and safety actions.

Protected Love & Dating

Relationship intent, orientation, age comfort, approximate distance preferences and stronger identity or photo verification. These preferences are separated from general social interests and are not shown in social circles.

3. How information may be used

• Operate early access, accounts, matching, invitations, circles and communications.
• Provide safety controls, review reports, prevent abuse and protect against re-contact.
• Send requested service messages and optional product updates.
• Measure product health using aggregate or appropriately de-identified information.
• Meet legal, security and compliance obligations.

4. What Nuzaya does not intend to do

• Require exact or live location for standard matching.
• Publish email, phone number, exact location or private romantic preferences in a circle.
• Sell early-access registration data.
• Use sensitive romantic preferences for behavioural advertising.
• Paywall essential blocking, reporting or safety-required verification.

5. Visibility and sharing

For future circles, other members may see a limited profile: first name, photo, age band, language, circle intention, introduction, selected interests and broad location only when relevant. For the current website and early-access emails, hosting and email service providers process information needed to run the site, deliver registration messages and protect the service. Future features may use additional providers, which we will disclose when those features become available.

6. Retention and security

Nuzaya intends to define a purpose and retention period for every sensitive field and use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption, access controls and audit history for critical actions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

Subject to applicable law and product availability, you may request access, correction or deletion; reset preferences; review visibility; stop optional updates; leave a circle; or delete your account.

8. International processing

Nuzaya is India-first and intended to become globally extensible. Information may be processed where Nuzaya and its service providers operate. We will explain any additional regional processing arrangements when future features become available.

9. Children

Nuzaya is for adults aged 18 and above. People under 18 must not register or use the service.
